At Bathhouse, every product is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a replacement to resolve the issue promptly.
Eligibility for Replacement
We only provide replacements in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, size, or style.
Reporting a Damaged Product
To process a replacement request, please follow the steps below:

Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This helps us verify the issue.

Share the video along with your order details within 24–48 hours of delivery at support@bathhouseindia.in or WhatsApp at +91-9815500570.

After verification, a replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Replacement Timeline
Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery time may vary based on your location.
Important Information

The unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.

Requests without proper video proof or those reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

Customers are requested to retain the original packaging until the replacement process is complete.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, bath accessories and fittings are non-returnable, except in cases of verified damage at the time of delivery.
